Our Tumbling programs entail training exercises on the tumbling floor and trampoline. This program does not include training on the bars and balance beams. In Beginner Tumbling, students will learn body positions, movement patterns, and gymnastics related skills on the floor and our tumble trampoline in a progressive manner. The skills trained include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and more. Students will improve focus and concentration as they work through the related skill development exercises. These classes are great for Dancers, Cheerlearders, Martial Arts, or Acrobatic students looking for further development with thier skills. Each class will challenge the students in a cooperative atmosphere where we applaud the effort, not just the outcome.

Beginner Tumbling (5+)

**This would be a good program for your athlete if your athlete is 5 years or older and has never had experience with tumbling before
